Residential Project Manager
We are a collaborative team offering full service architectural solutions from initial design through construction of new homes, additions, and remodeling. We specialize in custom residential design offering unique solutions for living in place, including lake homes, cabins, retirement homes and legacy solutions.
We are seeking a full-time project manager to join our team. Independent contractor meeting qualifications will be considered. Growth opportunity is available including partnership track for a qualified individual. Compensation will be negotiated according to abilities. • Take a lead role in managing projects working in tandem with Principal on development of schematic designs through construction administration.
• Candidates must have an in depth understanding of wood frame construction and ability to develop a building into fully coordinated construction documents and details.
Skills
• Must include an in-depth ability to work within a 3D Revit environment for all aspects of building development and construction document communication. Minimum 4 years’ experience with Revit.
• Candidates must be knowledgeable and comfortable working remotely with the ability to collaborate within cloud environments for project development, client contact and communication.
Requirements
• Willingness to develop a career in residential architecture, six years’ experience in the residential field, bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, motivated toward or holding architect licensure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Experience gathering field data and developing accurate as-built models.
• Desire to work and learn in a collaborative work environment and ability to take direction and work independently.
