Residential Advisor
FELLSIDE, a transitional program for people with mental health issues in Medford, MA provides both residential and non-residential services throughout the Boston area through community, meaningful work, and clinical care. Fellside is a part of Gould Farm, a therapeutic community located in the Berkshires.
Volunteers support clients in acquiring life skills that will help them transition towards independent living. Working alongside residents, volunteers contribute their strengths to the Fellside community through cooking arts and crafts, music, yoga, fitness, gardening, administration, transitional counseling, and more.
Volunteers who commit to a one year assignment receive room & board (shared apartment, utilities, food, laundry and parking), full medical insurance, clinical supervision, and a bi-weekly stipend.
