Rental Counter Personnel

Requirements
-Detail oriented with good organizational skills
-Think and work independently, the ability to multitask is a must
-Courteous assistance for all customers, walk in and phone call
-Knowledge of and ability to use computers to complete daily work tasks, knowledge of point of sale software is helpful
-Ability to engage and relate with customers to fulfill their requests for rental equipment
-Assist customers with reservations, sales transactions, refunds and exchanges
-Help with cleaning and organization of store and rental equipment
-Background in customer service is helpful, but not required
-Knowledge of equipment and components in the industry to include but not limited to excavators, heavy machinery, lifts, forklifts, garden tractors, snow blowers, tillers, generators, compressors, chainsaws, blowers, trimmers, hand held tools and professional tools
Offering
-Full time position – 40 hours per week, weekend rotation required
-Full benefits package- Health, vision, dental insurance & retirement offered after 90 days

-Pay rate is based upon experience and motivation
