This position will provide in home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children and adolescents ages 1 to 18 years.

Responsibilities include data collection and entry, maintenance of session notes, as well as implementation of behavior plan and goals designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Therapists will be compensated for their time both with clients as well as completing paperwork requirements.

Ongoing training will be provided as well as supervision towards BCBA Experience hours and completion of the RBT credential.

All applicants must be able to pass a background check, speak fluent English, and be willing to receive bi-weekly supervision and support from an involved, caring and passionate supervisor. All applicants should also have access to reliable transportation as therapy is conducted in home. All applicants must also possess either a Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service field, or 2 years of related experience, and be an already board certified Registered Behavior Technician.

Ideal applicants should have at least 6 months of ABA experience. Hours vary depending on client but current staffing supports both full time or part time employment (whatever is preferred). I am open to teaching people not currently involved within the field of ABA as well.

I am currently staffing cases in: Miramar, Plantation, Coral Springs, Tamarac and Fort Lauderdale areas.
