Ace Junk Removal and Demolition is looking for a Team Player!

We are a Junk Removal and Demolition Company. We are a family business. We are in the process of growing and need additional help in the office and everyday life. We would like to find someone who wants to grow with our company. Bilingual in Spanish, and SEO knowledge is a plus but not necessary. Must be proficient in QuickBooks Pro, Excel, Microsoft office, computer savvy, excellent written and oral communication skills as you will be involved in talking with other employees and customers over the phone.
We have a home office in Carlsbad and have three children. Liking children is a must. I may have you play with our 2 year old son at times. We like to maintain a fun work.

Job Tasks:
• Email and type up contracts and proposals.
• Scan docs
• Answer calls
• Social media
• Local errands

Minimum Qualifications
-Experience using Quickbooks accounting software.
-Knowledge of and proficiency in the use of office equipment and software programs including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook. Ability to learn how to utilize additional software programs and databases as needed.
-Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with a variety of individuals including fellow associates, customers, vendors, and salespeople.
-Excellent telephone etiquette and mannerisms. Ability to communicate effectively with prospective clients and the public over the telephone.
-Ability to maintain the confidentiality of company, customer, and staff information encountered in the course of work.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Time management and prioritization skills a must
-Organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.


Education and Experience
- Over the phone customer service
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Accounting experience, and knowledge of accounting policies, practices, and systems

Preferred Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree or College courses taken in accounting preferred
-Experience in the Construction
-A great attitude, goal-oriented, a strong work ethic, and a team mentality
-Experience with Quickbooks and/Microsoft Word
-Spanish Language Fluency
-Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service
