Sales Specialist

We have created a unique team environment that has acquired the work hard-play harder mentality according to our goals. We are looking for a go-getter, passionate about sales, ready to grow and learn with the Team. We use several marketing methods to locate off market homes that we can purchase and training needed so that you can be successful!
Responsibilities:
Follow up on appointments with homeowners and acquire properties
Put properties under-contract over the phone
Prospect for new leads all day, every day
Networking and bringing in outside business (postal workers, referrals, bird dogs, etc.)
Manage leads within our customer relationship management software (CRM)
Complete daily task within the CRM (mostly follow up calls)
Pre-appointment planning by running neighborhood comps
Build rapport
Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially
Must use the CRM Daily to update and stay on task until deals are closed
Send a notification out to the team once an contract is signed
Qualifications:
Main requirement: MUST be a sales shark with outstanding phone & people skills
Minimum 2yr Sales Experience
A-type personality, go-getter, stellar negotiator creating win/win solutions for all parties involved
NEED to be great at due diligence and building rapport
Must have a grasp on the real estate comps in your market
Ability to give full attention to what other people are saying, and to actively look for ways to help people
You will work between 35 and 45 hours per week with most of those hours being in the various targeted neighborhoods
Saturday appointments may be required
This is a Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX based position
You will be provided with paid training
