Project Manager
Our focus is commercial glazing and providing quality products, including storefronts, curtainwalls, glass, mirrors and other like products. We are looking for a Project Manager that will build relationships with customers, contractors, architects, and owners as you manage our projects. Your responsibility will include preparing the project for fabrication, submitting
submittals on the product we will be providing and managing the install.
We need you to be a innovative thinker, problem solver and ready for any challenges that the projects bring our way.

Overall Responsibilities:
Great customer service, communication and customer service skills.
Good writing skills for proposals/Change Orders and Reports.
Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources.
Selecting subcontractors and delegating work.
Communicating with Customer or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals.
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed.
Read and Breakdown all Architectural drawings.
Knowing Basics of Autocad.
Ability to read a Tape measure with accuracy.
Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed.
Motivating people involved in the project to complete tasks on time
Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all job sites.
What do we offer?
Job Type: Full-time
Wage: 20-35 / Hr.
Additional Compensation:
o Bonuses
Looking to fill positions ASAP
Must be at least 18 & over to apply.
Must be a US citizen/resident to apply (we do not provide work visa's)
Project Management education and training and experience
Requirements:
Project Manager needs at least a high school diploma or GED.
Training will be provided in house.
Preferably 2 years of experience in the industry or an associated degree in
management.
Project Manager skills and qualifications:
Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum)
Proven leadership skills
Cost and risk management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Interpersonal skills
Ability to make important decisions under pressure
