We are seeking an office construction project manager to join our team! You will help manage our construction projects in-office by assisting the field project managers with all construction needs. The office construction project manager is there as part of the construction management team to run all aspects of construction from the plans all the way through completion in remodels, new home builds, baths, kitchens, exterior, landscape and hardscape, paint, floors, roofing, and all other areas of construction. We are a design-build firm so everything from the interior designer, the architect, and engineer, the city permitting, and then all stages of construction from the foundation to the framers, to the plumbers, tile, painters, and everybody in between needs to be coordinated for seamless and beautiful integration of high-end construction. Responsibilities:

Office Responsibilities:

Hire and manage sub-contractors in the field
Scheduling trades, subcontractors, inspections to ensure projects start and finish on time
Coordination for all trades in the field, coordinating smooth transitions between trade
Problem-solving and resourceful management to efficiently move projects through stages of construction
Systems improvements for standard operating procedures to help improve efficiency, quality of the product, strong communication with the client, and, of course, a beautiful home and end-result
Ordering materials for the project and making sure materials arrive on time and trades are aware
Budgeting projects with the field project manager to make sure trades are fairly compensated and on budget
Quality control for projects to ensure quality construction, beautiful high-end finishes! We pride ourselves on the finest work to produce, help us give the homeowner their dream home!
Seamless process for the client with communications, scheduling updates, and any changes
General office duties including managing correspondences internally and with clients, plan and schedule appointments, fielding calls, and inquiries, project data entry, and organization to ensure all areas of construction are accounted for and documented.
Projects Responsibilities:

Coordination with project manager in the field, architect, interior designer, and all other trades in construction
Pulling Permits, coordination, and research with the city
Maintain & Manage Timeline & Schedules on a daily basis
Schedule Pick up/Drop off materials, receive Deliveries, create Contracts/Sub-Agreements
Document Daily Updates for project management software to ensure all areas of construction are covered.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in office administration, construction, or project management
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
?Strong organizational skills
Experience with Excel, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Buildertrend a plus!
Previous experience in construction companies, project management, interior design, architectural firms, design-build all a plus but not a must! We will train the right person.
$18-$22hr depending on experience.
