The focus of this job is to produce high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to complete multiple tasks at a time. Consistent, error free work based on defined regulations and standards are key measures of job performance success.

Position requirements include but are not limited to:
Knowledge of construction/architectural/engineering terminology
Knowledge of budgets, purchasing and accounting
Able to read plans and specifications
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills
Excellent computer skills; Sage, Procore, Access, Bluebeam and Microsoft Office
Ability to organize/prioritize work
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and shift priorities to meet deadlines
Dependable and a self-motivated (strong initiative)
Ability to successfully work in a team environment
Ability to correlate related work
Prepare preliminary list of subcontractors/suppliers to obtain price quotations (Bids or RFCO�s) for verification by others
Solicit bids and prepare/obtain all required documents for bid submission. Verify current Contractors License number and DIR registration
Obtain bid bonds, performance & payment bonds; Certificates of insurance as required
Set up complete project in appropriate management system
Prepare rough and final draft of subcontracts and RFCO�s for review and approval
Manage project�s document control system including but not limited to submittals, schedules, RFI's, contracts, files, databases and associated project reports for accuracy and completeness
Transcribing project meeting notes, punch lists, RFI, etc. prepared by others
Distribute schedules and schedule updates prepared by others
Coordinates various construction project documentation, including bid packages; interacts with subcontractors, foremen and consultants on projects
Assist in preparing pre-qualifications, request for proposals and request for quotes
Assist in the preparation of presentations and owner/client interviews
Assist marketing department by providing job related information and photo documentation
Assist the project manager with document control and processing
In the closing days of a construction project, coordinate a working punch list (prepared by others) that includes the gathering and preparation of all applicable close-out documents to achieve final completion
Locate/research archived job information and/or plans
Update archived job information on completed projects for future use. Package project records and plans for storage and log into storage database.
Archive sublists for future reference
Various miscellaneous tasks upon request of management
