Program Manager
The program manager will report directly to the Director of Instruction and will assist the DOI in the normal day-in and day-out activities.
Specifically, the Program Manager will:
Manage our readiness for the Martial Advantage Program and assist with execution
Managing the front desk area during regular class times
Manage inventory by physically inspecting supplies and alerting Master Bill to low-stock instances
Manage photo and video library, ensuring we have new content on a weekly basis
Review execution and make recommendations to the marketing automations
Manage communication with the members through the APP, on the telephone and in-person
Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings
Ensure Free Trials and First Trial students have a smooth introduction to the school
