Position Summary:

The Program Analyst works closely with the Economic Career and Workforce Development team and the Community Engagement and Development Team to fulfill their roles. The Program Analyst supports the

Position Duties and Responsibilities:



Organizational Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



Team Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



Liaising with team members concerning team roles, responsibilities, and areas

Assisting in the planning and implementation of team projects and initiatives

Helping to coordinate and manage project and initiative tasks and deliverables.

Analyzing, presenting, and reporting on key performance indicators and progress

Coordinating routine and non-routine tasks and activities including, but not limited to, scheduling and documenting meetings, account and vendor management, and operations support including administration and finance support.

Performing other duties required to support Team roles and responsibilities.

Group and Project Role Summary:

Role Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



Data Review and Reporting

Review responses to Surveys and prepare summary reports with graphics for the Teams/Groups.

Share feedback/recommendations on how we utilize that data and the story that it tells.

Provide recommendations on survey methods and strategies to target program participants and client experience



Database Management

Review database to make sure that all entries are complete from the survey form(s) and work with the Finance/IT team to upload to salesforce or for funder reports.



Team Communication

Highlight, in a regular report, trends in data for all surveys.

Provide data summaries of work plan progress and percentage completion of KPIs for all funder reports, internal reports and communication, Board and external reports.

Monitor Google Spaces/Keeps for all Teams/Groups/Initiatives to provide support with dashboard reporting

Support Team Members to create narratives with data collection for internal and external reports, in collaboration with the Marketing PR and Communications Group and the SDDG Team



Coordination of Policies, Processes and Procedures

Consolidate best practices, Answers to FAQs guides, and manuals utilizing templates provided by Team and Shared Services.

Develop best practices, guides and manuals for data gathering, database management and Team communication



Keeper of Tasks/Roles

Support Role Dashboards, in partnership with each Team Member, by preparing summary reports for weekly recaps.

Help Team Leads identify areas of overlap between teams, groups and roles where clarification may be needed.

Support group leads with reporting & KPI benchmarks as prescribed by agreements/contracts.

Coordinate with HR - Compliance; Risk Management, Operations
