About the Role
As the Product Marketing Specialist, you’ll execute the go-to-market strategies for the global grocery and retail market segments. You will act as the voice of the customer in the fast-paced market landscapes and help identify the challenges and business problems our clients’ products solve. Using creative storytelling and persuasive narrative, you will drive demand, inspire customers to act, and grow a loyal customer base.
You will be responsible for collaborating with local experts within our clients’ Retail group, the global product, sales, and marketing functions to craft messaging that resonates with the target audience, produce engaging sales and partner enablement material, customer analyses (supported by other internal stakeholders), and assist in product launches.

You’ll be part of one of their largest focus areas (grocery segment) and support the retail MFC unit in their Denver office. The Product Marketing Specialist will be a part of the dedicated and ambitious global marketing and communication team and report to the Product Marketing Manager.

Key Tasks
• Produce customer-winning sales- and partner enablement material and customer case studies through compelling storytelling
• Get to the heart of why customers use our clients’ products and how they solve their problems
• Build a compelling storyline that helps sales and partners express their clients’ value proposition
• Partner with sales to receive feedback on content and increase customer engagement
• Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to better understand and evangelize market trends and apply learning to initiatives
• Participate in the ongoing development of the grocery sector's go-to-market strategy
• Support product launch execution and create minimum viable assets for launch | work closely with the product team to help influence what is built based on your knowledge of the grocery market and customer insights

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, technical, or similar. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• B2B marketing experience in a growing market environment where the product is innovative (experience with product marketing is an advantage)
• Self-starter with a positive attitude that is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done
• Customer-oriented with a good understanding of the B2B buying process
• Demonstrate success in producing marketing content to meet and exceed business objectives
• Good analytical skills with attention to detail & copywriting skills | Passion for working with technology products
