Our client is looking for fun and energetic full-time Lead and Assistant Teachers for their elite school in Alpharetta (State Bridge), GA. Job Responsibilities:
· Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, effectively and professionally with school personnel, children, and parents
· Ability to understand and support the education program using “learning through play” philosophy
· Ability to keep children within sight and sound supervision at all times
· Ability to change children’s diapers and/or assist with toileting (where necessary)
· Ability to lift items/children ~50 pounds
· Ability to multitask in a lively environment and work well within a team
· Ability to handle crisis situations, including assisting in evacuating the building during emergencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Lead Teacher
· CDA accepted
· TCC, AA or BA in ECE or related field preferred
· 2 years of experience in ECE or related field
· A desire to work with children
· A desire to grow professionally
· Meet background check eligibility
Assistant Teacher
· A desire to work with children
· A desire to grow professionally
· High school diploma or GED
· Meet background check eligibility
