Physical Therapist
*We are looking for Full-time and PRN Physical Therapists who enjoy the flexibility, independence, and challenge of caring for patients in their homes using point-of-care technology serving patients in Burke, Richmond and surrounding Counties*
Physical Therapist works as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide efficient, comprehensive care to patients. Responsibilities of PT include evaluating and implementing safe, effective treatment plans and monitoring the effectiveness of patient treatment and modify as needed to obtain goals.
Normal hours of operation are 8:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.
Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist by the Georgia Board of Physical Therapy and be CPR certified. Reliable transportation, valid Georgia driver's license, and motor vehicle insurance is also required. Computer experience required. Home health experience preferred.
