Paralegal
Local Greenfield boutique law firm seeking a full-time licensed paralegal to manage and handle several areas of law, including personal injury, estate planning, probate, real estate, traffic/dui, and criminal.
Hours: 9 am-5 pm-Monday-Friday.
Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.
Our firm is seeking a paralegal with the following skills:
1. Preparing, drafting and filing documents.
2. Strong communication skills and self-starter.
3. Attention to detail and organization is required.
4. We are looking for a TEAM PLAYER who is eager to learn and contribute.
5. Certification is mandatory and previous experience is a plus.
6. Familiarity with Smokeball case management system is a huge plus.
7. Ability to multitask, manage calendars and create timelines for follow up on individual cases.
8. Computer skills test will be required relating to Microsoft 365, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel, ability use and navigate the Wisconsin Circuit Court Access and drafting simple daily legal documents and filings.
