Commercial Litigation, Collection and Post Judgment Litigator seeks EXPERIENCED paralegal for high paced, busy boutique practice: experience required, must be able to work independently and multi-task, knowledge of Florida Civil Procedure and local and administrative rules mandatory, applicants should be self-motivated, have ability to draft and proof read legal pleadings and documents, E-file, coordinate, schedule electronically and set hearings, depositions and meetings, coordinate travel calendars, handle client intakes, inventory, assemble and label evidence and documents. Word processing and Excel skills mandatory.
Practice areas include foreign judgment domestication and execution, post judgment discovery including garnishment actions and replevins, third party discovery practice, basic contract and commercial transaction disputes. Firm practices throughout State of Florida. Office and remote flexibility.
