NO SUB WORK !!!! WE ARE LOOKING FOR FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES
We are currently looking for interior and exterior painters:
This position would involve residential and commercial projects to ensure they are completed on time and to the job specifications.
Utmost importance
Must have transportation to and from the job site and a valid driver's license. Some days can have multiple locations. (Northern Virginia, Shenandoah Valley, and DC). We work only in Virginia.
Minimum 1-year experience with residential and commercial painting projects.
Willingness to learn in other areas such as carpentry and tiling.
Focus on safety/ OSHA regulations.
Timeliness/ Cleanliness/ Attention to detail
Respect the client's property and KPSI equipment
Legal to work in the United States. Must have proper documentation.
No felonies; the company is bonded.

Painter: 1-year min (hourly pay is based on experience starting at 16.00 an hour)
Requirements language/ license or certification:
Spanish/ English bilingual preferred but not a must
