Outside Sales Director

We are looking for a driven, high-achieving professional with excellent communication skills to join our agency and move into a leadership position after 2-3 months of experience as a sales professional. The ideal candidate is motivated to make a difference, as well as earn an income proportional to their time and effort given.
Position Description:
• provide industry-leading coverage to individuals, groups and businesses of any size
• create your own effective work schedule
• demonstrate integrity and dedication while providing excellent customer service
• determine your own career path as a lead agent and/or director of a team in your area
• participate in and contribute to regular professional development with other leaders
Compensation:
• $70,000-$120,000 first year income potential
• growth in income: earn $120-$200k+ per year within 3 years
• rapid advancement and promotions based on performance, not politics
• option for weekly paychecks
• uncapped commissions, bonuses and incentives
• 100% vested renewal commissions after only 5 years, 50% after 2 years
• quarterly and annual incentive trips
