Assistant
We are looking for a friendly, compassionate, and outgoing individual to join our dynamic team! The individuals who call Valley Eyecare & Eyewear Gallery their work-home all deeply care for our patients, and it�s one of the things in which we pride ourselves. It�s a fun, positive, encouraging work environment where we focus on service to others and teamwork amongst ourselves. Working in eye care can be an extremely rewarding career too.
Previous experience is NOT required - we do on-site training!
Duties include:
-Medical assisting (e.g. instilling eyedrops, pre-testing, measuring blood pressure, scribing, etc.)
-Selling glasses based on doctor recommendations. This includes frame styling and applying insurance benefits. Having an eye for fashion with a mix of medical knowledge will be key for success in this position.
-Adjusting frames (Crooked, missing screws, etc.)
-Contact lens training
