Bishop's Tree Service, Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager. Must be able to work independently, have great attention to detail, possess a positive and upbeat attitude, and have excellent customer service skills and phone manners. Advanced QuickBooks experience is a must* Accounting background is a major plus!!! At least 3 professional years of experience working in an office/administration/management role.

Job Requirements:

Answering a 2-line phone system, retrieving messages and corresponding to emails
Extensive work with QuickBooks Online. Experience with all aspects of QuickBooks Online is REQUIRED. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, QuickBooks Time, account reconciliation, Etc.
Record keeping of all services performed. Attention to detail and great organizational skills are a must!
Provide direct support to owner, estimator, crew leaders and clients
Schedule and manage the daily jobs of crew and owner
Processing of payroll through QuickBooks Online.
Management of employees' 401k accounts, health benefits, and traditional HR matters
Establish client relationships by communicating effectively during all business transactions
Ideal candidate is a great multitasker and comfortable with wearing many different hats. Bishop's will require you to be the owners right hand man or woman while operating 98% of back-end operations, as well as being the "face and voice" of the company. This position requires experience with HR protocol, general accounting principals, creativity for marketing and social media regulation, and a sense of dedication in order to help the business grow!
