Executive Assistant with Growth Opportunities:

Location: 1647 Witt Rd. Frisco, TX

Authorization: Open to US. Citizens & GC holders

Role Type: Direct Hire, Full-time, On-site

Salary: $10 -$15/hr range BOE + bonuses

Your Daily Activities Include:

The Office assistant will be involved in various projects and office tasks that facilitate our growth. These tasks will include, but are not limited to:

- Scheduling appointments with customers

- Send professional customer emails & correspondence

- Answer incoming customer calls - must be friendly and able to speak professionally with ease

- Update Construction CRM with notes daily

- Create expense and ad-hoc reports at our direction

- File paperwork, organize bills, receipts, and invoices.

- Meet with customers at the office

- Creating Cover Sheets for Project Proposals

- Calling Vendors for pricing, to create new accounts, and scheduling appointments for our customers.

- Keeping an updated task list for all Project Managers

Minimum Requirements:

- (2)+ years of relevant office experience

- Ability to work effectively on a team and in a sometimes hectic office environment

- Ability to communicate professionally in oral and written English

- Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel)

- Degree from accredited university or GED equivalent

Preferences for Ideal Candidate:

- Spanish-speaking

- Estimates and sketching software (Sketch Up, Floor planner, Home Designer Pro, Canva, Xactimate)

- Experience with QuickBooks

- Experience working in the construction industry at any capacity

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
