CLERICAL POSITION

Compensation: $18 - $21 per hour depending on experience

Employment type: Full Time

SecureSoft Technologies LLC, a small Information Security company has a need of an experienced Office Administrator/Manager to perform clerical duties at office in Greenbelt Maryland. Successful candidate should have elevated level of personal initiative and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

· Provides administrative support by writing reports and memos, researching and handling a wide variety of requests for information.

· Files documents and operates office equipment such as fax machines and copiers.

· Maintains calendars. Organizes and schedules meetings, schedules supervisor travel and organizes office as well as office events.

· Point-of-contact for new employee onboarding processes.

· Performs administrative support functions. Drafts and processes email correspondence. Maintains Excel spreadsheets; creates, on occasion, charts, tables.

· Keeps track of and orders office supplies.

· Runs errands.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or an equivalent.

· Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent 4-year degree. (Preferred)

· Must be skilled in MS Office with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

· Online research capabilities.

· Ability to handle and coordinate multiple projects at the same time.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Excellent phone and strong presentation skills.

· Ability to follow direction and work independently in a structured environment. Know when and how to ask questions.
