Our company is looking for an organized and self-motivated office administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support, primarily to the Managing Member. The office administrator�s role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling clerical duties, coordinating calendars, organizing meetings, preparing, and finalizing contracts.

To be successful in this position you should be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

� Greeting and announcing visitors to the office.

� Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, responding to emails, preparing documents, including office correspondence, and finalizing/preparing contracts.

� Maintaining general office files, vendor files, and other files related to the company�s operations. As well as update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using the computer.

� Maintain and update company CRM system (new applications, apply payments, accounting, marketing, advances, upload files, tasks, etc.) and handling any issues as they arise.

� Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, handle underwriting assignments, including analyzing bank statements.

� Speak with merchants to evaluate their eligibility for funding, follow up with them to present and negotiate offers, clarify important points.

� Executing transactions, recording incoming and outgoing funds on our reports.




Requirements and Qualifications

� Associates degree or equivalent required.

� Bachelor�s degree preferred.

� Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).

� Comfortable handling confidential information.

� Balance between customer satisfaction orientation and a result driven approach.

� Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

� Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

� Strong listening and problem-solving skills.

� Highly motivated, determined, and target driven.
