An active, adventurous family of three is seeking an adaptable, infant-savvy nanny to join them in caring for their 4-month-old in Northwest Arkansas and beyond!
Location: Northwest Arkansas
Ages of children: 4 months old
Start date/Contract dates: As soon as they find the right fit!
Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 60 hours per week. General work hours will vary based on the needs of the family, with two consecutive days off per week whenever possible. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel will be asked and appreciated as the family travels frequently! The family looks forward to designing a weekly schedule that works well for all parties and would love to add this candidate to the team long-term. For the perfect applicants, the family may be open to building a rotational nanny team using a 14 on /14 off schedule in the future.
Compensation: The family is offering $35-45+/hour based on the 60+ hour/week schedule, which equates to annualized base compensation of $90-140+k/year dependent on experience.
Benefits: The family is open to providing benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance, and relocation assistance based on candidate need and the full benefits package.
Live-in/Live-out: Live-in. Private, live-in accommodations are provided at all locations.

They are excited to find a partner in instilling these values, who can support and encourage their child’s unique interests and passions as they develop!
This family travels often and moves from state to state, spending time in places like Colorado, California, Texas, Connecticut, Florida, and Europe. From September to May, the family spends most of their time at home in Arkansas. Throughout the rest of the year, the family travels for weeks at a time domestically and internationally. A candidate who is flexible, adaptable, and excited to support their child and ease each transition will be valued!
Ideal candidate:
This position is ideal for a candidate who is communicative, compassionate, hardworking, organized, and excited to support a busy family at home and on their travels! A candidate with a calm, caring demeanor and strong leadership skills will be a great fit for this position. The family hopes to grow their nanny team in the future and hopes to find a candidate who can be the lead nanny when the time comes.
Responsibilities include assisting with the daily care, supervision, and education of the newborn while creating a fun, safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment, managing the newborn’s feeding and sleep schedules and routines and assisting with overnight support as needed, light child-related housekeeping and meal preparation, and flexibility to travel with the family frequently.
While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with a candidate who is trained as a Newborn Care Specialist, possesses a ?degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field, and/or has experience working in a lead nanny capacity on a team!
Qualifications:
3 years of professional childcare experience
Valid driver’s license
Valid passport
Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones
Fully vaccinated and boosted (when eligible) against COVID-19 prior to start date in accordance with applicable laws
Experience traveling with families and children
Ability to swim and comfortability caring for children in and near water
Pet friendly! Willing to support light pet care.
