Nail Salon Receptionist

We are seeking responsible, energetic, friendly individual to join our team.

Job duties:
� Book and confirm appointments via phone and online.
� Process transactions (cash and credit cards).
� Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area.
� Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services, and schedule appointments based on availability.
� Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper station and inform assigned technicians of their arrival.
� Help turning on pedicure water for customers as needed.
� Restock polishes, hand towels.
� Ability to turn a negative situation into a positive one with grace.

Both entry level and experienced are welcome, full time or part time, flexible schedule.
