Mortgage Loan Officer
Location: Las Vegas, NV Job Type: Full Time
Experience: 1-2 Years Preferred (we will accept candidates new to the industry if we see fit)
Finished or Initiated NMLS Licensing is HIGHLY preferred

Responsibilities:
? Coordinating communication and condition collection from the borrowers
? Acquire a thorough knowledge of company products, policies, procedures, and
underwriting requirements
? Analyzing detailed financial and credit data; matching customer needs with an
appropriate loan program and corporate risk matrices
? Cultivating relationships in your community with referral partners to create
warm leads
Requirements:
? A valid NMLS state license in either CA, CO, FL, MD, TX, VA
? 1+ years of proven sales experience with the ability to meet production and customer service standards
? Familiarity with Conventional, FHA, and VA guidelines, and all facets involved in real estate transactions
? Compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008, and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation checks.
? The ability to work 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week
? Ability to multi-task and manage a high-volume pipeline
? Provide exceptional customer service to customers by responding to all
inquiries and advising customers of their options and our loan process'
