Mental Health Therapist
Full Time or Part Time Available! In Person, Virtual, or Hybrid available. Thrive Therapy Maryland is an outpatient Mental Health Practice seeking therapist(s) who are interested in working in person, virtually, or both. We are looking for a licensed mental health professional with a desire to help clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and conducting individual therapy sessions with patients, including the diagnostic intake. This is an exciting time to join our team, as we're expanding our patient coverage to include more individuals to better help our community. The candidate will have full say over their schedule and what clients/topics they work with.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain your schedule and appointments
* Keep timely and accurate records
* Build friendly yet professional, trusting rapport with clients
* Have timely responses to emails, phone calls
* Optional to be in person and/or virtual
* Respond to interested clients
* Adhere to the Code of Ethics
* Comply with all State Laws
Eligible Candidates Include:
LCPC - Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
LPC- Licensed Professional Counselor
LGPC - Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor
MSW - Social Worker with Masters Education
LISW - Licensed Independent Social Worker
MFT - Marriage and Family Therapist
Other licenses eligible to provide mental health services.
Requirements:
- Masters Level Education
- Active License in the state of Maryland
- Great diagnostic and clinical skills
- Timely record keeping
- Bonus: We are interested in hiring a clinician who is credentialed with at least one insurance panel, but it is not required.
Pay: We pay you a flat pay rate per appointment, no need to deal with % fee splits or differing payment amounts based on high-paying or low-paying insurances. Specific pay amount is negotiable based on clinician experience, expertise, sessions per week, session length, etc. Estimated pay:
Clinicians seeing ~10 clients per week can expect around $34k-40k
Clinicians seeing ~15 clients per week can expect around $49k-60k
Clinicians seeing ~20 clients per week can expect around $67k-80k
Clinicians seeing ~25 clients per week can expect around $89k-100k
Clinicians seeing ~30 clients per week can expect around $100k-120k
