Our newest clients in Medina are looking for an experienced, forward-thinking, organized household manager/nanny. This family of five has three children ages 10, 6, and 4-years-old. Their oldest is a bright, mature, and well-rounded 10-year-old. She enjoys sports, doing arts/crafts, board games, reading, and playing with her brothers. Outside of school, she is on a competitive soccer team, plays basketball, and takes piano lessons. She has a great sense of humor and is generally just fun to be around. Their oldest son is 6-years-old and enjoys arts and crafts, reading to his little brother, playing basketball, running, jumping on the trampoline, and play-acting with his siblings. He is an active child and participates in soccer, basketball, baseball, and has piano lessons after school. He loves to help around the house and has a sweet and empathetic nature. Their youngest son is an adventurous and fearless child - always willing to try a new activity with endearing and infectious excitement. He likes to engage in make-believe play/dress up (e.g., superheroes), ride his scooter, go to playgrounds, and play with his big brother and sister. He is very social and loves to meet new people. This family enjoys getting outside and going to parks or just playing together in their gated backyard. There are two parks within walking distance of the home. They also go to the gym or attend their childrens sports games on weekends. They love to play board games as a family and have an occasional movie night together. They have one super sweet Havanese dog. He is a near-hypoallergenic breed and usually not a problem to those with pet allergies.

ABOUT THE NANNY: The ideal candidate will be a professional household manager/nanny who is kind, energetic, and positive, with excellent communication skills and a solid ability to multitask. Reliability is essential, and this family hopes to find a provider who takes their role very seriously and can maintain a consistent work schedule. They are looking for someone proactive and who can thoughtfully problem solve routine household tasks, jumping in to take care of issues as they arise. They would love to find someone self-assured and comfortable enforcing household rules while maintaining open and honest communication. Someone who genuinely likes working with children, who will show interest in knowing the childrens likes and passions, and who has a great sense of humor would be a great fit. They would like their household manager to be tech-savvy and keep track of their childrens schedules with various apps and through email communications used for their school and after-school activities. They will be providing a dedicated vehicle for transportation of their children home from school and to and from their after-school activities.
