Medical Scheduler

Busy fast paced diagnostic imaging center in Lake Mary, FL is seeking a Medical Scheduler.

Must have at least 1 year medical office experience
Answer incoming calls (multiple lines)
Schedule appointments (via faxes & telephone)
Verify insurance benefits
Obtain authorizations
Experience handling patient concerns and questions
Must be able to multitask
Bi-lingual a plus
Assist front desk
Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:00
