OPPORTUNITY / WHAT WE OFFER

We are seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and hardworking person to join our North Billerica, MA location as an Applications Engineer.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

Responsible for the hands on set up of standard and custom applications
Recording and documenting application data and process settings
Work hand-in-hand with sales managers to improve application quality to meet customer needs
Responsible for the quality and support of prototype builds
Maintain proper function of lab equipment, tools, and lab
Supports installations and training for customers remotely and in the field as needed
Supports engineering with the design of custom tooling for special applications
Gains working knowledge of all ultrasonic technology in order to become the technology and product expert
Attend trade shows and seminars to provide technical support for sales team
Works directly with customers to develop applications and improve customers understanding of ultrasonic technology
Your Profile/Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Project Management experience and able to multi-task & prioritize.
High level of organization skill and attention to detail.
MS Office experience (Strong in Excel , Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Meet deadlines, work under pressure and strong sense of urgency.
Be proactive, self-motivated and positive team worker.
Posses high level of critical thinking and informed decision making.
Experience in a small company setting with high growth.
Ability to use basic shop tools and assembly knowledge.
Strong customer service attitude.
Able and willing to travel 20 – 30% of the time.
Driving license and valid passport.
Frequently required to use hand and fingers to handle objects, tools or controls. Also required to walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
DESIRABLE:

Spanish or German is a plus.
Gains working knowledge of all ultrasonic technology in order to
Electronics and pneumatic knowledge
Data Analysis Skills, Preferably with Minitab
Six sigma certification
Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
