• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Basic knowledge of Shopify and WooCommerce APIs
• Have experience with machine learning and data science
• Interpret linear regression models
• Use data and research to formulate recommendations on how to optimize current marketing strategies
• Develop plans to help grow existing business and conversions through marketing and website user experience
• Lead development of tailored marketing campaigns, programs including but not limited to Brand marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, product marketing, Social Media marketing.
• Craft effective and efficient methods of identifying and reaching our respective B2B and B2C audiences
• Act as each brand’s marketing manager helping them understand their marketing and guiding them to the best decisions possible
• Build and take responsibility for the ongoing marketing and advertising budget
• Be responsible for all Advertising, Brochures, materials, and distribution Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or other relevant field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing,
• Social media and/or content marketing experience
• Great team-player who works well in a collaborative environment
• Detail-oriented: ability to analyze results, prioritize work, and organize time
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Self-motivated and great self-manager
• Must be current on market trends and customer needs in conjunction with company mission and brand
• Email platform experience a plus
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
