Job Description
The job includes, but is not limited to:
- Working with customers primarily through email and by phone
- Processing customer orders, quotations, expedites and returns
- Answering telephone calls and email requests for quotations and order status
- Coordinate and communicate information between departments
- Maintain E-Commerce Site
- Maintain Company Website
- Assist in Pricing and Contact Maintenance
- Assist in Developing Marketing Material

Qualified candidate�s abilities should include:
- Excellent organizational skills
- A strong attention to detail; very detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Excel
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency using web-based programs and tools
- Comfortable performing multifaceted tasks in conjunction with day-to-day activities
