Trout Marketing is assisting with the hiring of a Marketing Assistant for one of our clients and we are excited to find the perfect fit. If you are looking to put your marketing and communications skills to work in a fun, fast-paced work environment this could be the job for you. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of marketing and communications experience with social media marketing a main focus. We are ready to train the right fit for the company and position. Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube a must. We also need someone who has strong Microsoft Office knowledge. Working with design programs like Canva required and Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop a plus. This is NOT a graphic design position. You should have strong writing skills, attention to detail, be a self-starter, and love working with a team of diverse folks. This is not the right position for a shy wallflower!

The best part of this job? The flexibility! We will need you in the office 25-30 hours per week but we also are happy to have you work from home or the coffee shop around the corner for those additional 10-15 hours. There will be some nights and weekends we will need availability. Social media is 24/7 after all! (And we will pay for a phone and phone plan so you can be ready to respond if needed!)
