Spectrum Renovation LLC. is a Roofing company working in ALL CENTRAL FLORIDA, currently seeking Marketing Assistance in the Orlando area.
We are currently looking for an organized, proficient, and vibrant Entry Level Marketing Assistant to help assist us with customer accounts, transactions, and customer relations.

Qualifications:
Basic computer and internet skills
Proficient in MS Office.
Consistent day-to-day responsibilities.
Utilizing systems and programs to input sales revenue, guest information, and create follow up with related tasks.
Provide excellent Customer Service to clients and customers.
Ability to use a smartphone.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and virtual meetings Direct attention to detail and organization Strong communication skills Polite and clear phone manner Organizational and multi-tasking ability Ability to support and provide guidance for compliance within Ameriprise Financial guidelines Motivation for self-improvement and development in role.
Prospecting to develop ongoing relationships for new and repeat business.
Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
Self-motivated.
Bilingual it's a plus.
Marketing Assistant Qualifications:
FULL TIME Hours (Monday-Friday).
Have reliable transportation to our office located in downtown Orlando.
At least 18 years of age.
Previous experience with marketing and advertising is a plus.
Thrive in dynamic and collaborative environment.
