We are looking to hire a full-time research recruiter. This is an hourly, full-time position.

Job Description:
Assist in the recruitment process – this includes, but is not limited to: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and execution of recruitment processes via phone and email within the company.

Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of key recruiting methodologies: selecting candidates, interviewing and screening, or the ability to learn these in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Candidates must have technical proficiency in the MS Office suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Knowledge of Access is preferred, but not required.
Must be able to multi-task and demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. The ability to speak articulately is required.

Ability to adapt to changing environments and projects.

Must be able to meet deadlines.

Customer Service skills are a plus.
