Manufacturing Machine Operator Assembly
Advantage Plastics is a custom injection molder of specialty plastic parts for our customers. We have been in the Louisville area for over 40 years and are looking forward to future growth. We are currently hiring machine operators, manufacturing assembly, and other labor positions in our injection plant.
Advantage Plastics believes very strongly in providing a good stable work environment for their team members. We are establishing good business practices and processes that are focused on retaining current and future customers.
We have competitive rates starting at $17/hour to anyone that is interested in a good working environment and becoming a part of our manufacturing team. Our plant will eventually grow to a two and three shift agile manufacturing operation in the future with new product development.
Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance are available for full time team members upon their first day of employment as new hires.
Our primary days and hours of operation are currently Monday thru Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
There will be internal opportunities for advancement and professional growth for those individuals that distinguish themselves by being self-directed and self-motivated.
We are excited to discuss with interested candidates including college students or recently retired individuals that would like to work a flexible part time to full time work schedule on first shift. The only material requirement is that you must report to work on time for each day that you are scheduled.
Advantage Plastics will soon manufacture plastic parts for the assembly of humanoid robots. Artificial intelligence will enable the robots to "think" and be integrated within assembly and manufacturing operations. The robots can replicate the movements of the human hand and will be able to assemble components together in a manufacturing environment. Advantage Plastics is using technology to make a better tomorrow.
