Hack.Diversity is transforming the economy by breaking down barriers for Black and Latinx professionals in tech. We recruit and place early-career professionals from marginalized backgrounds into software engineering, data analysis, and mechanical engineering roles at major companies, and work with those companies to build inclusive and equitable working environments. Founded in 2016 as a project of the New England Venture Capital Association, �Hack� has grown into an independent nonprofit organization and a movement of belonging in the tech workplace. We are on track to connecting almost 400 Fellows into jobs at more than 50 employers to date. ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Partnerships, the Partnerships Manager is the account manager of a portfolio of our partner companies. The Partnerships Manager is responsible for ensuring a successful experience for companies, supporting successful matching and hiring of Fellows, ensuring companies understand Hack.Diversity�s expectations and supports, and driving partnership renewal rates to advance the sustainable growth of our program.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner Stewardship
Manage program life-cycle experience of Hack.Diversity corporate partners by serving as the main point of contact, including but not limited to:
Onboarding new partners
Regular email and verbal communication to partners to ensure they are submitting deliverables in a timely manner
Implementing constructive feedback from and delivering feedback to partners
Leading the business renewal process for your assigned accounts, with an emphasis on increasing partner commitment annually
Contribute content for showcasing Hack.Diversity impact during mid-year and end-of-year report-outs to corporate partners

Systems and Operations
Support logistics of the 9-month Hack.Diversity program cycle
Internship matching process
Creating reports to support performance review of partnership goals
Lead logistics for execution of company-facing events including attendance organization, audience experience, and feedback collection
Identify cross-branding opportunities with all partners
Identify efficiency gaps within day-to-day business operations on Partnerships team and suggest updates or tools to streamline processes

Racial Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI)
Lead and manage difficult conversations with partner companies when feedback is necessary to ensure success for our Fellows
Curate and invite relevant audiences to REDI and talent acquisition events
Inform Hack.Diversity�s REDI programming based on partners� talent acquisition interests
Inform Hack.Diversity Fellows� curriculum based on partner company feedback

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
Effective, efficient, and detail-oriented project management skills
Highly organized, solutions-oriented, self-starter and able to multitask in a dynamic organization
Enjoys nurturing partner/customer relationships, and motivated to foster equitable policy change through account relationships
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Experience in corporate account management, business consulting, or other relevant customer support liaison experience
Shares Hack.Diversity�s values of community, advocacy, resiliency, and empathy

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency with technical recruiting approaches and evaluation metrics used
Familiarity with Excel and analyzing data sets to identify trends
Experience working within dynamic startup and/or nonprofit settings
Has interest in, and follows, news about tech and innovation


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
$60,000 to $75,000 base salary commensurate with experience and potential, plus eligibility for year-end bonus
