Maintenance Technician

We are looking for someone with years of property management maintenance experience that works to provide exceptional customer service abilities while completing and managing maintenance tasks successfully.

Assist Lead Maintenance in the daily upkeep of the physical building, apartment units, property exterior and common area appearance in accordance with company standards. Required to work On-Call rotation and have a reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner
Maintain an excellent customer service relationship with all residents and fellow associates
Assist with building and common area maintenance
Maintain property equipment
Perform other job related duties as required
Experience and Skills
Skills needed to succeed:
Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of HVAC systems
Knowledge of general maintenance (i.e., electrical, plumbing, appliances repair, etc.)
Work with minimal supervision
Strong customer service skills
Experience needed:
2 years multi-family maintenance experience
1 year HVAC systems work
A valid driver's license and any other licenses/certification required by state
HVAC certification (EPA Type I & II OR Universal)
