Logistics Coordinator

Young dynamic company seeks a logistics / Operations coordinator

Your responsibilities will include 30% field work, and the other 70% in the office

You will be responsible for receiving all daily deliveries from couriers
Sort product to various clients and different manufacturing processes and deliver to suppliers
Pickup when ready
Follow up with clients on delivery dates, order status, order changes etc
Maintain software and scheduling app and update various departments to changes
Run small jobs on our in-house small sewing machine (will train) super easy

you must be VERY organized, able to work in a fast paced environment with little supervision. You must be a self starter and be able to take initiative

Word, Excel & Powerpoint

Any knowledge of the apparel industry is a huge bonus, but not necessary
