San Mateo Lock Works and Safe Center is eager to hire a new team member. We have been in business for more than 90 years. We provide the greater Peninsula with auto, safe, residential, and commercial lock services. We are looking for career-minded individuals who would like to be long-term additions to our team.
We are looking for a locksmith with experience to provide road work, or a technical individual with a good work ethic and mechanical or computer skills to train in our shop. Day-to-day responsibilities include rekeying locks, maintaining master key systems, automotive key/remote generation and duplication, onsite lock and door repair, low voltage wiring and electromechanical work for access control and camera installations, client relations, and shop or van maintenance.
Please apply if you have experience in the above areas, or limited experience that may be a foundation for training or no experience but have technical abilities and are willing to be trained.
You must be able to pass a criminal background check in order to obtain a California Locksmith Licence, and have a clean DMV record.
