Litigation Associate Attorney
Poynter Law LLC is a small civil litigation firm specializing in insurance property subrogation. The firm is located in the DTC. The firm is seeking a full time associate attorney. The candidate must be licensed to practice in Colorado and possess strong written, analytical and organizational skills. The candidate will review insurance claim files, draft demands, investigate claims and handle cases in litigation including court appearances, depositions, research and drafting pleadings. The responsibilities will increase with training, with eventual responsibility for an individual caseload. The firm is considering expanding into handling divorce matters, so please advise if you have experience or interest in this field (neither are required for the position).
