Line Cooks, Dishwasher, Prep Cook
Braddock's Tavern in historic Medford NJ, is seeking experienced and enthusiastic line cooks, dishwashers and prep cooks to join our growing team of culinary professionals. We are a high volume, upscale casual scratch kitchen, dedicated to bringing the best food experience in South Jersey. We offer both full and part time hours, competitive wages (up to $20 per hour DOE) and a creative, fun work environment where you will be encouraged to develop and grow your culinary skills. Job Responsibilities:
Prepare all menu items as directed by the Chef in a sanitary and timely manner, ensuring that all products meet our commitment to quality
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment
Restock kitchen items for current and upcoming shifts
Store food items at appropriate temperatures and rotate stock items as necessary
Qualifications:
Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions from the Chef, with an emphasis on performance integrity
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment in varying temperatures
Ability to stand or walk for duration of shift
Willingness to learn and a positive attitude with a focus on teamwork
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
