PARLOR
Our recipes took 4 years of development and are based loosely on the original Naples style. We've improved flavor and digestibility by adding a longer 48 hour fermentation and our own blend of flours.
We have a full bar, speciality cocktails and craft beers. The razor-sharp wine list has wines that do more than just taste great and wash down the pies—they have a story, they come from a certain place, and they are crafted by the hand of the winemaker, usually in a minimal way. It is a point of pride of ours to present extremely compelling wines at reasonable prices and in a fun, unpretentious environment. Think jeans and crystal decanters.
