Our company is seeking a Leasing/Marketing Associate interested in actively growing and supporting the property management team. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a dedication to getting tasks completed correctly and on time. Enthusiasm and commitment are a must!
The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who can work independently, yet follow instructions from supervisors. A successful candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills as well as a willingness to learn new things.
Pay is based on performance with a base salary provided plus commission.
Responsibilities include:
Assist with the acquisition of new clients.
Following up on leads for potential renters
Handle current and potential tenant relations
Managing the rent roll
Keeping residents informed of any changes to rental agreements or upcoming property issues
Building a rapport with current property owners and tenants to give them personalized service
Perform market research.
Collect, organize, and distribute data.
Provide feedback to help improve the company.
Telephone and email support
Assisting supervisor in other office duties
