Lead Generator
LAMP Nutra is the manufacturer Royal Kratom and Lamp Botanicals CBD. We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Lead Generator to join our Carlsbad, CA office. The Lead Generator will qualify leads for Account Managers and add leads to our database.
What you’ll do:
• Perform 100+ calls daily.
• Develop a detailed understanding of competitors, their products, and key market drivers
• Utilize CRM system to properly status leads.
• Work closely with Account Managers and apply constructive feedback.
What you’ll need:
• Cold calling experience in B2B
• Understand how to prioritize and effectively manage time to achieve optimal calling volume.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to develop rapport quickly, build trust and overcome client objections.
• Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Industry experience is a plus, but not necessary
Training:
This position is entry level and prepares you to move into an Account Management position. Training is provided Sales Manager and Account Managers.
Pay:
$15.00 per hour + Bonus for Leads Converted to Buying Customers
Expected Earnings $30,000- $50,000
Hours:
Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm in Carlsbad office.
