Crew Member

Daily production of landscape related tasks including but not limited to:
Ensure truck and tools are organized at all times
Follow directions supplied by the crew leader
Clean and wash trucks, trailers, and equipment on regular schedule determined by supervisor
Complete jobs and projects on time and on schedule
Make decisions on a daily basis that keep company values and profitability in tact
Communicate to other crew members, employees, and supervisors with respect at all times
Manage on the job organization properties and tools
Be held responsible for quality of finished product
Keep track of checklists for loading and unloading
Organize tools and material inventory
Return all tools to proper location
Respect will be shown for other employees, supervisors, office staff, company, clients, vendors
Keep company values a top priority in all aspects of job
Company supplied uniforms

Requirements:
Self-Motivated
Ability to work long days in the heat
Can lift and move 50lbs
Hard working
No landscape experience needed, but preferred
Punctual, Professional & Friendly
Team Player Mindset
