Kennel Technician
MUST LOVE DOGS!
Position responsibilities:
Move dogs in and out of kennel buildings and monitor groups during social interactions, following all safety protocols, under the supervision of a trainer or experienced kennel technician.
Feed and water dogs, following all instructions, as most dogs have different requirements.
Walk dogs under the supervision of a trainer.
While the primary focus of this position is the dogs, other responsibilities include:
Maintaining yards and kennel buildings to a high degree of cleanliness.
Following all safety and security protocols
Occasional facility maintenance (very light) or special facility improvement projects.
