The Junior Associate - Analytics is great for someone who loves data analytics, has experience in a consulting-like environment, and is interested in homeland security. They have a passion for analytics, a desire to make an impact to connect with stakeholders, and a strong interest in supporting a consulting company. The role requires the ability to work with a range of data and to be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Arc Aspicio is currently working a hybrid work environment where work will be performed at client sites, the Arc Aspicio DC office, and remotely. All candidates must live in the Washington, DC area at time of employment.


Responsibilities:

Assess data, prep for analysis, and apply both quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques
Derive meaningful and actionable recommendations from analytical work products to improve business processes
Communicate analysis of findings, insights, and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders through clear, innovative visualizations and infographics and concise language
Join our consulting practice to support projects and company growth initiatives, managing multiple workstreams at one time
Collaborate with our clients to solve tough problems, delivering outstanding client service and achieving mission results
Apply excellent consulting, business analysis, and communications skills to quickly identify problems, analyze challenges, and recommend solutions to our team and our clients
Develop consulting skills and help grow the company outside of your project by participating in new business and strategic initiatives
Contribute to our company culture, which promotes client-focused teamwork, learning, and helping others to grow and develop
Required Qualifications:

Data analytics, statistical analysis, data management, and visualization experience
Experience in a consulting or similar environment
Experience with intermediate/advanced functions in Excel
Experience using data management and visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, R, SAS, or Power BI
Skilled at deriving meaningful and actionable recommendations from analytical work products to improve business processes
Experience or strong interest in working in a Government, homeland security, and/or law enforcement environment, with skills in this area preferred
Proven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potential
Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person
Technologically savvy, especially with Microsoft products and use of collaboration tools (SharePoint preferred)
Desire to join a consulting firm and learn business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
Clearance: US Citizenship only (no dual citizenship) / ability to obtain a security clearance
Education: Bachelor�s degree
Critical Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, resilience, flexibility, learning-oriented, excited to engage
Preferred Qualifications:

Tableau experience
Significant experience in analytic or statistical analysis
