Talis Group�s client is an industry leading international company founded over 100 years ago. They are looking for a Network Support Technician to support the site's IT Infrastructure and coordinate vendor activity for all the networking equipment and company phone systems. The position will also support end users� PC and peripheral equipment, connections and client software problems. Salary: $75 � 88K + solid benefits package. (Not remote)

HIGHLIGHTED DUTIES
� Maintain Owensboro site PC and networking equipment.
� Maintain network wiring, Access Points, switches, & phone equipment.
� Support end user hardware and software issues in a large, fast-moving manufacturing environment
� Perform maintenance on network equipment including servers, gateways, and switches.
� Perform local server backups, and test backup connectivity circuits.
� Work with other IT personnel and support systems to provide excellent Customer Service.
� Assure Owensboro's system are compliant and integrated into the Business Continuation and Disaster Recovery plans.
� Manage and Measure system performances at the Owensboro facility.
� Identify training needs and design development plan, programs and content
� Work with KPI team to develop scorecards, metrics, and reports for the area of IT

HIGHLIGHTED REQUIREMENTS
� 5-10 years relevant experience
� Bachelor's Degree
� Ability to work some nights/weekends as needed
� Cisco Operating System knowledge
� Cisco Unity Telephone system experience
� Proficient in Microsoft office products, especially Excel
� Good communication skills
� Requires Telecommunication systems experience
� Willingness to travel - may help other locations
� Job contingent on drug and alcohol screen
