Interior Designer
Seeking an energetic, positive, professional JR/Intermediate designer that is ready to hit the ground running. Ideal candidate must be able and willing to take the lead and really move projects forward, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and must be extremely detail oriented, organized and able to easily multitask. Tasks include but are not limited to: generate, create, and manage FF&E schedules and budgets, including sourcing and specifying furniture, furnishes and lighting, measure and create room layouts, design lighting plans and custom furniture drawings, fabric sourcing, mood board creation and presentation, placing/supervising orders and installation. Candidate will interface with clients and other members of the design team and will work in the office and on project job sites.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must be fluent in AutoCad, have at least 3-4 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN AN INTERIOR DESIGN FIRM, be organized, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong work ethic and positive attitude are a must. Candidate must reside in NYC or surrounding area as position is not remote.
